When will I receive the images?
You will receive the edited images in high resolution within 7 working days after the shoot via Google Drive. 
 

How many images will I receive?
We return all edited images taken during the shoot, typically around 60 to 70 photos per session.
 

Do you charge for additional images?
No, we return all edited images to you.
 

What is the difference between "Edited Images" and "Retouched Images"?
Editing is the basic processing of filtering a photo, making changes in colour tones, light, shadows etc.
Retouching is an image enhancement process known as Photoshop on top of basic editing to edit improve one's physical traits such as slimming, scars and pore removal, cloning of unwanted background objects etc. 
 

Do you provide image retouching service?
Retouching service will be charged at $50 per image.
 

Do you provide hair and makeup service?
We do not provide hair and makeup service.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed however should be leashed and please bring your own pee mat. Cleaning fee of S$50 applies if the studio or props are damaged.

When do I make payment?
Full payment must be made to confirm the booking. As our session are limited, this is to avoid any no-show.

How do I make payment?
Payment can be made online via our booking engine. Our payment gateway is powered by PayPal. Do contact us if you require an alternative payment arrangement.
 

Am I allowed to postpone or cancel my shoot after confirmation?
Postponement must be made at least 5 working days before the shoot date and subject to availability. A change fee of S$100 applies for changes made within 5 working days to photoshoot date. Cancellation or failure to attend the photoshoot will result in a full forfeit of amount paid.
 
What if I exceed the number of pax requirement for the shoot?
Every additional pax will be charged at $30. 
 
What are the charges if we exceed the allocated photoshoot time?
Our shoot sessions are usually packed back to back with a short break in between. If you would like to extend your shoot, the charges are $50 for every additional 10 minutes, or part thereof.
